We no longer offer a DPD service. For DPD parcels currently in transit, orders received before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day via DPD courier. DPD do not count Saturday or Bank Holidays as working days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Evri service is offered in Mainland UK, but may be subject to delays in remote areas. If you live at one of the following postcodes listed here, please allow some extra time for delivery – all orders should arrive within 7 working days of leaving the warehouse.

All of our packages are sent with tracking and most arrive within 5 -8 working days (Europe) or 21 – 28 working days (other International) after dispatch (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays); if you have any concerns please contact us and we will do our best to solve the delivery mystery!

Duties and Taxes
Items ordered for delivery outside of the UK, US or EU* may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You should contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
